Christmas & Holiday Lighting install

We design, install, maintain, and remove your Christmas lighting. All four steps are included in every package and we run them on a schedule that has been refined over years of November installs and January takedowns. The result is a season where the lighting is on the timer when you come home from work and gone by the time you are tired of looking at it.

What is included in every package.

Free design consultation. Custom-cut commercial-grade C9 LED strands. Professional install at a scheduled date. Mid-season maintenance, anywhere on the property, anywhere in the season. Takedown in January, on a scheduled date. Storage of all materials in our climate-controlled inventory between seasons.

What is not included is the version of holiday lighting where you are on the ladder in November or trying to find the broken bulb in December. We are the phone call that solves both.

Three packages.

Pricing below is a starting point. Final pricing is set after the design walk, where we measure what is actually on the home and confirm scope. All three packages include design, install, mid-season maintenance, and January takedown.

Pricing reflects typical Sacramento and Placer County market ranges for full-service holiday lighting. Final pricing depends on linear footage, tree count, and access. Owner will confirm before launch.

Commercial-grade, not store-bought.

Every strand we install is a commercial-grade C9 LED, custom-cut to fit your roofline. The bulbs are individually replaceable, the wire is rated for outdoor use across seasons, and the connectors are sealed against weather. The strands stay with us in the off season and are checked, cleaned, and tested before they go back on a roof.

This matters in the middle of December. A consumer-grade strand from a home center is built to be cheap. A commercial-grade strand is built to run for sixty straight days in any weather and come down clean. The difference is what makes a full-service install worth booking.

The schedule.

We start design walks in late summer. Installs begin in early November and run through the first week of December, on a schedule that prioritizes long-term clients first and then new bookings in order. Mid-season maintenance is on call from install date through New Year. Takedowns begin January 2 and run through the third week of January.

If you are booking for the first time, the earlier in the year we hear from you, the more flexibility you have on install date. If you are reading this and the season is already underway, call us anyway. We can usually fit one or two more.
