What we offer commercial accounts.
All five of our residential service categories are available for commercial properties. Permanent outdoor lighting on commercial buildings runs the entire year and shifts to seasonal scenes for promotions and holidays. Architectural and structural lighting on facades, columns, and outdoor seating areas extends the property’s evening identity. Landscape lighting in commercial common areas serves both safety and curb appeal. Christmas and holiday installations are scheduled in the same November window we run for our residential clients, with takedowns in January.
How we work with commercial accounts.
We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, with COI available on request and addressed to the property manager, owner, or general contractor as needed. W-9 is on file. We invoice net 30 by default and accept ACH or check. Multi-property accounts are billed by location and reported on a single statement.
Schedule reliability matters. Restaurants and hotels need installs that do not interfere with operations. HOAs need installs that respect community quiet hours. We schedule commercial installs in advance and stick to the window we book.

Commercial pricing is custom by property and scope. We do not publish commercial rates because the variables are meaningful: linear footage, fixture spec, mounting access, and the level of integration with the property’s existing electrical and control systems. Send us the property and we will respond inside two business days with a scope and a price.
